- 1 cup strawberries, hulled & sliced
- 1 cup grapes (red or green), halved
- 2 kiwis, peeled & sliced or diced
- 1 orange, peeled & segmented
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped (tossed in a little lemon juice to prevent browning)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime (prevents browning + adds brightness)
- 1β2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on how sweet your fruit is)
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

- Prep the fruit:
- Wash, peel, and chop all fruit as needed.
- Try to keep pieces about the same size for even mixing.
- Mix gently:
- In a large bowl, combine all fruit.
- Drizzle with lemon/lime juice and honey (if using).
- Gently toss to coat everything evenly.
- Chill & Serve:
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to let flavors mingle.
