FRESH CUCUMBER LEMONADE

Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- 4-5 lemons (juiced)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Blend the cucumber:
Put the chopped cucumber into a blender and blend until smooth. - Strain cucumber juice:
Pour the blended cucumber through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove pulp (optional, for smoother lemonade). - Add lemon juice:
Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to the cucumber juice. - Sweeten:
Stir in sugar or honey while mixing well until dissolved. - Add water:
Pour in the cold water and stir everything together. - Serve:
Add ice cubes to glasses, pour the cucumber lemonade over the ice, garnish with mint leaves if you like, and enjoy!
