Fresh Celery Juice Recipe

🥤 Fresh Celery Juice

✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of organic celery (about 8–10 stalks)
  • (Optional) ½ green apple (for a touch of sweetness)
  • (Optional) ½ lemon (juiced, for brightness)
  • (Optional) Small piece of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory kick)

🍽️ Equipment:

  • Juicer (preferred) or blender + fine mesh strainer/nut milk bag

🔧 Instructions:

If Using a Juicer:

  1. Wash the celery thoroughly.
  2. Cut off the base and the top of the stalks if needed.
  3. Feed celery through the juicer.
  4. (Optional) Add apple, ginger, or lemon as desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

If Using a Blender:

  1. Wash and chop celery into small pieces.
  2. Add celery to blender with ¼ cup water (to help it blend).
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag into a bowl or glass.
  5. Press or squeeze to extract as much juice as possible.
  6. (Optional) Stir in lemon juice or ginger.
  7. Serve fresh!

🌱 Tips:

  • Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
  • Don’t store for too long—consume within 24 hours.
  • Use organic celery when possible to avoid pesticides.
