Four ingredient pineapple cupcakes

Ingredients:
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, crushed pineapple (with juice), eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
- Fill the cupcake liners: Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
- Cool: Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Optional:
- Frosting: If you want to add a bit more flavor, you can top these cupcakes with a cream cheese frosting or a simple whipped cream topping.
- Decoration: Sprinkle some shredded coconut or a small pineapple slice on top for a tropical touch.
