Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
- 2 eggs
- ΒΌ cup oats (optional but helps texture)
π For 100% flourless, skip oats or blend them - Β½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
- 1β2 tsp sweetener (honey, sugar, or sugar-free)
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for cooking
πͺ Method
- Add cottage cheese + eggs to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add baking powder, vanilla, sweetener & salt. Blend again.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low heat and lightly grease.
- Pour small pancake portions.
- Cook 2β3 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip.
- Cook another 1β2 minutes until golden.
