Feta Chips

Ingredients

  • ▢1/2 cup Feta Cheese
  • ▢1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • ▢2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 
  • ▢Italian seasoning or seasoning of your choice

Instructions

  • Mix feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Blend them together until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a separate bowl. Add Italian seasoning (or other seasonings. You can also use just salt and black pepper). Mix well.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Place 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture onto the heated pan. Use the back of a spoon to spread it into a circular shape.
  • When the edges start to brown – flip the cheese crisp. Cook for a few more seconds, then remove and drape over a wire rack. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
