Air Fryer Recipes



  • 1/2 pound of cooked sausage (such as kielbasa or your favorite sausage), sliced into chunks
  • 1/2 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the sausage, shrimp, bell pepper, and onion with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Thread the sausage, shrimp, bell pepper, and onion onto the wooden skewers, alternating between them.
  4. Place the kabobs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them to allow for air circulation.
  5. Cook the kabobs in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque and the sausage is heated through.
  6. Once done, remove the kabobs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
  7. Enjoy your delicious sausage and shrimp kabobs hot from the air fryer!
