EASY SAUSAGE AND SHRIMP KABOBS AIR FRYER

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound of cooked sausage (such as kielbasa or your favorite sausage), sliced into chunks
- 1/2 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss the sausage, shrimp, bell pepper, and onion with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Thread the sausage, shrimp, bell pepper, and onion onto the wooden skewers, alternating between them.
- Place the kabobs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them to allow for air circulation.
- Cook the kabobs in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque and the sausage is heated through.
- Once done, remove the kabobs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Enjoy your delicious sausage and shrimp kabobs hot from the air fryer!
