EASY ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients.

¼ tsp salt
½ lemon squeezed
1 tbsp fresh mint or cilantro
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 head cauliflower cut in florets
1 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp garlic powder

Method.

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Toss cauliflower in a bowl with oil, salt, garlic and smoked paprika.

3. Lay seasoned cauli on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.

4. Pull out, flip and bake 10 more minutes and enjoy
