Easy No-Knead Bread (Soft, Fluffy, and Budget-Friendly)

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (or olive oil)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar.
- Combine: Pour wet ingredients into dry, stirring until you have a thick batter.
- No kneading required — just mix until smooth.
- Bake: Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing to keep it fluffy inside.
