Ingredients:
- 8 oz cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella), cut into cubes
- 4 oz salami, cut into small pieces or cubes
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (like parsley, dill, or chives), finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, herbs, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cheese, salami, and pickles to the bowl with the marinade. Gently toss until all pieces are coated.
