Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any keto-friendly milk)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tbsp powdered erythritol or any keto sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional – for a thicker texture)
  • 1 to 1.5 cups of ice

✅ Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla keto protein powder (for a protein boost)
  • Pinch of sea salt (enhances chocolate flavor)

🧊 Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.
    (Adjust ice for your desired consistency.)
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Serve immediately with a spoon or thick straw!

  • Want it thicker? Freeze it for 15–20 minutes after blending.
