EASY KETO CHICKEN BACON RANCH CASSEROLE

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (check label for low-carb)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onions or chives (optional)
🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep Oven
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×9” or similar casserole dish.
2️⃣ Mix the Creamy Base
- In a large bowl, combine:
- Softened cream cheese
- Ranch dressing
- Heavy cream
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Black pepper
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Add Chicken and Cheese
- Stir in:
- Shredded chicken
- Half the cooked bacon
- Half the cheddar and mozzarella
4️⃣ Assemble
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan on top.
5️⃣ Bake
- Bake 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
6️⃣ Finish
- Remove from oven.
- Top with the remaining bacon.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions or chives.
7️⃣ Serve
Enjoy warm—great with:
- A side salad
- Steamed broccoli or zucchini noodles
