Easy Fudgy Keto Brownies

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter (melted)
- 2/3 cup erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: Sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped walnuts
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sweetener until well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Sift in cocoa powder, then add almond flour and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
- Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
