Easy Fudgy Keto Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2/3 cup erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sweetener until well combined.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, then add almond flour and salt. Stir until smooth.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
  6. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
