Ingredients
- 2 cans of Grands biscuit dough, total of 20 biscuits
- 1 pound of breakfast sausage, your choice of flavor
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, freshly shredded
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 400*
Cook the sausage thoroughly and drain fat from it
SECOND STEP:
Mix the cream cheese and the cheddar cheese
Stir in the cooked sausage.
THIRD STEP:
Roll into 40 balls, not much larger than a walnut
Remove the biscuits and separate in two layers, (Grands makes it easy to do)
FOURTH STEP:
Press one layer into a mini muffin cup
Repeat with all the layers of biscuits, you may need to do a second batch
FIFTH STEP:
Place a ball of the sausage and cheese mix into each muffin cup with the biscuit layer
Place in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden and bubbly
