Easy breakfast pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade if preferred)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing the crust

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare Crust: Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.
  3. Add Mozzarella: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
  4. Crack Eggs: Carefully crack the eggs onto the pizza, spacing them out evenly. If you prefer scrambled eggs, whisk the eggs in a bowl first, then pour them over the cheese.
  5. Add Toppings: Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and diced bell peppers (if using) evenly over the pizza.
  6. Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
