Drink to help boost your metabolism.
Recipe:
– 1 cup water
– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
– A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for an extra kick)
– Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a glass, combine the water, fresh lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
2. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add the honey and stir until it’s dissolved.
3. If you like a little heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper and mix well.
4. You can serve it over ice if you prefer it chilled.
