Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread

You had me at double chocolate! Always looking for more ways to use zucchini. This one is great because the base is a chocolate cake mix.
1 box chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon oil or melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Heat oven to 350. Spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray for baking.
2 Beat cake mix, eggs, zucchini, vanilla, cinnamon, oil/butter, and sugar on medium until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide batter between pans. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top of loaves.
3 Bake 45 – 50 minutes or until center of loaf springs back when touched lightly. Run knife around sides of pan and let cool for 2 hours before removing from pans. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
