Dill Pickle Fat Bombs

Makes: 10–12 fat bombs
Net carbs: ~1g each
Great for: Keto snacks, cravings, meal prep

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup dill pickles, very finely chopped
  • 1–2 tbsp pickle juice (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning (usually very little salt is needed).
  4. Scoop mixture into small balls or spoon into silicone molds.
  5. Freeze for 30–45 minutes or refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.
  6. Store chilled and enjoy cold or slightly softened.

Optional Add-Ins (Still Keto)

  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar or parmesan
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • Dash of smoked paprika
