Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup dill pickles, very finely chopped
- 1–2 tbsp pickle juice (to taste)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Taste and adjust seasoning (usually very little salt is needed).
- Scoop mixture into small balls or spoon into silicone molds.
- Freeze for 30–45 minutes or refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.
- Store chilled and enjoy cold or slightly softened.

- Pinch of chili flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
- Dash of smoked paprika
