🥛 To Make It More “Milk Bread” Style
For a softer texture:
- Add 1 tbsp unflavored protein powder
- Or ½ tsp xanthan gum (improves chewiness)
⚠️ Important
This will be fluffy like a sweet bun — not chewy like regular sandwich bread.
Low-calorie bread cannot behave like high-carb bread because gluten and starch create that structure.
