- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: a few drops of liquid stevia for extra sweetness

- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease an 8-inch round or square cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together:
- Almond flour
- Coconut flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
- In another bowl, mix:
- Eggs
- Erythritol
- Almond milk
- Melted coconut oil or butter
- Vanilla extract
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25β30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before removing from the pan.
