  • 2 tbsp granulated monk fruit or erythritol

Mix everything, press firmly into an 8×8 dish, and chill while you make the filling.

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Beat cream cheese until smooth
Slowly add sweetener + vanilla
Whip in heavy cream until thick and fluffy
Spread evenly over crust
