- Whip the cream
Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside. - Make filling
Beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth. - Fold together
Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. - Layer
In a glass dish:- Add a thin layer of cream
- Add cookie/nut layer
- Repeat layers
- Finish with cream on top
- Chill
Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is better).
