✅ Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella, preferably low-fat)
- ½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup heavy cream (or use milk alternative for lighter version)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg (helps bind, optional)
- Salt (light)
- Black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
- Cherry tomatoes (optional topping)
🍲 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Prep vegetables
Lightly steam or boil broccoli and cauliflower for 3–5 minutes (keep slightly firm). - Make the sauce
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream, garlic, egg (if using), salt, pepper, and spices. - Combine
Add vegetables into a baking dish, pour sauce over, and mix gently. - Add cheese
