Diabetic-Friendly Banana Chocolate Dessert

Cream layer

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit layer
- 1 small banana (thinly sliced — use less to control carbs)
Chocolate topping
- ½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate (85% cocoa or diabetic-friendly)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
🍰 Instructions
- Make the base
Mix almond flour, butter, and sweetener. Press into the bottom of a dish and chill for 15 minutes. - Prepare the cream layer
Beat cream cheese, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the crust. - Add banana slices
Layer thin banana slices evenly (keep it light to reduce sugar load). - Chocolate topping
Heat cream, add sugar-free chocolate, and stir until smooth. Let cool slightly, then pour on top. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until set.
