Base (low-carb crust)

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp erythritol or stevia

Cream layer

  • 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2–3 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Fruit layer

  • 1 small banana (thinly sliced — use less to control carbs)

Chocolate topping

  • ½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate (85% cocoa or diabetic-friendly)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

🍰 Instructions

  1. Make the base
    Mix almond flour, butter, and sweetener. Press into the bottom of a dish and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the cream layer
    Beat cream cheese, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  3. Add banana slices
    Layer thin banana slices evenly (keep it light to reduce sugar load).
  4. Chocolate topping
    Heat cream, add sugar-free chocolate, and stir until smooth. Let cool slightly, then pour on top.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until set.
