🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey or lean ground beef
  • ½ cup no-sugar-added pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup turkey pepperoni (or regular, in moderation)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in pizza sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Divide mixture into oven-safe bowls or a small baking dish.
  5. Top with vegetables, pepperoni, and mozzarella.
  6. Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Broil 1–2 minutes for a golden top if desired.
