CRUMPET PIZZA

Quick and healthy ideas for when the children are hungry but you don’t have time to cook a meal.

INGREDIENTS

2 crumpets

1 tbsp ketchup

Slice of cooked ham

1 tbsp canned sweetcorn

25g grated mozzarella

Red pepper, diced

Cherry tomatoes, to serve

Lettuce, to serve

METHOD

Toast the crumpets and spread each one with tomato ketchup.

Divide the ham between the crumpets, add the sweetcorn and diced red pepper.

Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

Grill until the cheese melts.

Serve with cherry tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber slices.
