Crock Pot Chicken & Broccoli

Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place the chicken pieces, broccoli, and chopped onion in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chicken broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli in the slow cooker.
- Stir the ingredients in the slow cooker to ensure the chicken and broccoli are well coated with the sauce.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
- Before serving, taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
