Crispy Ham Rolls
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of ham, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Lay the ham slices flat on a clean surface. Place a tablespoon or two of the cheese mixture on each ham slice.
- Roll up the ham slices tightly, enclosing the cheese mixture inside.
- Place each ham roll seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray or brush the tops of the rolls with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the ham is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Optionally, you can serve with your favorite dipping sauce….
