Ingredients
1 cup (220g) low-fat cottage cheese
1 large egg
ΒΌ tsp salt
Optional: 1β2 tbsp grated parmesan (adds crispiness + protein)
Optional: pinch garlic powder or everything seasoning

Blend
Add cottage cheese, egg, and salt to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Prep air fryer
Line basket with parchment paper (perforated works best).
Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Form rounds
Spoon 2β3 tbsp of batter per round onto parchment.
Gently spread into small circles (about English muffin size).
Air fry
375Β°F for 10β12 minutes
- Edges should be golden
- Centers set and slightly puffed
Cool 2β3 minutes before removing β they firm up as they sit.
