Coating:
- ¾ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
Wet Mix:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp heavy cream or water
👩🍳 Instructions (Oven Method – Healthiest)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line baking sheet with parchment. - Season chicken with salt, pepper, and spices.
- Prepare coating
- Mix almond flour, Parmesan, and spices in one bowl.
- Beat eggs and cream in another bowl.
- Coat strips
- Dip chicken into egg mixture.
- Roll in almond mixture, pressing gently to coat.
- Bake
- Place on baking sheet.
