🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1½ lbs chicken breast, cut into strips
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Coating:

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt

Wet Mix:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream or water

👩‍🍳 Instructions (Oven Method – Healthiest)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and spices.
  3. Prepare coating
    • Mix almond flour, Parmesan, and spices in one bowl.
    • Beat eggs and cream in another bowl.
  4. Coat strips
    • Dip chicken into egg mixture.
    • Roll in almond mixture, pressing gently to coat.
  5. Bake
    • Place on baking sheet.
    • Lightly spray with olive oil spray (helps crisp).
    • Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.

🔥 Air Fryer Option (Extra Crispy)

  • Cook at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
  • Flip halfway through.
