Crispy Cheesy Ham and Egg Sandwiches

Ingredients:

– 12 slices of bread

– 12 slices of cheese

– 6 slices of ham

– 2 eggs

– 100ml milk

– A pinch of salt

– Butter

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 190-200°C (375-390°F).

2. Layer cheese and ham between slices of bread to make 6 scrumptious sandwiches.

3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt.

4. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, making sure they’re well coated.

5. Heat a pan and melt butter in it.

6. Cook the dipped sandwiches in the pan until golden brown on both sides.

7. Transfer the delicious sandwiches to a baking sheet.

8. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and crispy.

9. Let them cool slightly before serving – then enjoy!
