Creamy Summer Fruit Salad
Ingredients
1 cup fresh cherries (pitted, or whole for presentation)
1 cup strawberries, halved
1–2 bananas, sliced
1–2 peaches or nectarines, sliced
½–1 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain with honey)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Prepare all fruit: wash, slice, and pit as needed.
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and honey (if using).
Gently fold in the cherries, strawberries, banana, and peaches.
Chill for 10–15 minutes for best flavor.
Serve in bowls or glasses, garnished with fresh mint.
