Creamy Garlic Butter Salmon Pasta

🧺 Ingredients:

For the salmon:

  • 2 salmon fillets (skinless)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4–5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano)

For the pasta:

  • 1 packet keto pasta (like shirataki noodles or palmini)
    • OR use zucchini noodles (zoodles) for a veggie base!

Optional:

  • Fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)
  • A squeeze of lemon

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Cook the salmon:
    • Season salmon with salt and pepper.
    • Heat olive oil/butter in a pan and sear salmon 3–4 mins each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Make the creamy garlic butter sauce:
    • In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
    • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a light simmer.
    • Stir in Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer until it thickens (3–5 mins).
  3. Add salmon & pasta:
    • Flake salmon into large chunks and add back to the pan.
    • Toss in your keto pasta/zoodles and mix gently to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
  4. Serve hot:
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon for extra freshness.
