Creamy Cheesecake Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries quartered

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
  • Place cream cheese into a stand mixer fitted with a whip attachment.
  • Add whipping cream and vanilla.
  • Run on high until whipping cream becomes whipped cream, and mixture is well mixed.
  • Fold in fresh fruits.
  • Chill before serving if desired.
