- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 cups dried bread cubes
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine Ingredients:
- Mix bread cubes, cranberries, celery, and onion in a large bowl.
- Combine ground turkey, broth, butter, egg, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Form Balls: Add turkey mixture to the bread cubes. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
