Crack Chicken Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 large baking potatoes

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 green onions, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Bake potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 45–60 minutes, or until tender.

In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, half the cheddar, bacon, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice open baked potatoes and fluff insides with a fork.

Spoon crack chicken mixture into each potato and top with remaining cheese.

Return to oven for 5–10 minutes until cheese melts.
