Ingredients:
– 8 slices bacon
– 1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
– 1 medium sweet onion, diced
– 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 can (15 oz) light black beans, drained
– 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
– 1 can (10 oz) Rotel Chili Fixins Tomatoes
– 2 tbsp dark chili powder
– 1 tbsp ground cumin
– 1 tsp garlic salt
– 1 tsp lemon pepper
– 1 tsp Mexican oregano
– 3 cups shredded Pepper-Jack cheese, divided
– 12 ounces thin linguine
– Pickled jalapeno slices, to taste
– Sliced green onions, for garnish

*Instructions:**
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray two large skillets with Pam baking spray.
2. In one skillet, cook the bacon until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Discard most of the grease, leaving a small amount to sauté the diced onions and ground sirloin until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent.
3. Stir in the black beans, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, lemon pepper, Rotel Chili Fixins Tomatoes, and Mexican oregano. Reduce heat to low and simmer.
4. Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package instructions in a large pot. Drain once cooked.
5. Add the cooked linguine to the beef mixture and stir until well combined. Crumble the cooked bacon into the mixture and mix again.
6. Transfer the combined mixture into a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Top with 2 cups of shredded Pepper-Jack cheese and pickled jalapeno slices to taste.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot.
