Corn Tomato Basil Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh ears of corn cooked
  • 4 Jersey fresh tomatoes chopped up
  • 8 basil leaves
  • salt
  • I can’t believe it’s not butter spray

Instructions

  1. Take your 4 fresh ears of corn and cook in boiling water and then cut chunks of corn off the cob. chop up 4 Jersey fresh tomatoes add 8 basil leaves chopped, and salt. Spray it all with I can’t believe it’s not butter, No oil!
