Coffee mousse dessert in 5 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 2 tbsp instant coffee powder or espresso powder
- 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional topping: chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, whipped cream

Instructions:
- Mix coffee: In a small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee powder in 1 tbsp of hot water (or use a few drops of vanilla extract instead of water for extra flavor).
- Whip the cream: In a cold mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form.
- Add flavors: Add the dissolved coffee, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream.
- Whip again: Beat until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip (it should be mousse-like, not buttery).
- Serve: Spoon into small cups or bowls. Enjoy immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes for a firmer set.
- Garnish (optional): Top with whipped cream, chocolate curls, or a dusting of cocoa powder.
