Ingredients
- Β½ cup coconut flour
- 6 eggs (room temperature)
- ΒΌ cup butter (melted) or coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Β½ tsp salt
- Β½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- ΒΌ cup warm water or almond milk
- Optional:
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder (bread-like texture)
- Sesame seeds or flax for topping

- Preheat oven to 170Β°C / 340Β°F. Line a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, butter, and vinegar well.
- Add coconut flour, baking powder & salt. Mix.
- Add warm water slowly β batter will thicken.
- Fold in psyllium husk if using.
- Pour batter into pan, smooth top.
- Sprinkle seeds if you like.
- Bake 40β45 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool completely before slicing (important!).
