Chocolate Frosty Pudding Shots

Makes: 6–8 servings

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (0% or 2%)

1 cup cottage cheese (optional but boosts protein & creaminess)

1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1–2 tbsp sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or sugar)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened almond / fairlife)

2 tbsp chia seeds (optional, thickens + adds fiber)

Ice cubes (optional, for frosty texture)

Optional toppings

sugar-free chocolate chips

crushed nuts

whipped cream (high-protein version)

Instructions

Blend everything in a blender until smooth and frothy.

If the mixture is too thin, add 1–2 tbsp chia seeds and let sit 5–10 minutes to thicken.

Pour into small cups or jars.

Chill in the fridge 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes for a “frosty” texture.

Top with optional toppings and serve.
