Chocolate cookie with low-fat yogurt

Ingredients:
- 150 ml yogurt (non-dairy option available)
- 120 g sugar
- 120 ml oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 g baking powder
- 380 g flour
Recipe for Chocolate Cookies with Yogurt:
- Make the Dough: In a bowl, mix yogurt, oil, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir well, then add sifted flour and baking powder. Knead the dough, separating it into small pieces and shaping them into small rolls.
- Bake the Cookies: Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
- Coat in Chocolate: Melt the chocolate and mix in chopped almonds. Dip the cookies in this mixture and then place them in the refrigerator to harden.
