chicken thigh with soy sauce
Make a marinade from soy sauce, a dash of sunflower oil, 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped, 4 tbsp lemon juice, a little sambal (hot sauce), a piece of finely chopped ginger, 1 tsp coriander powder and 2 tbsp brown sugar. Mix all this until the sugar is dissolved.
Cut chicken thigh fillet into pieces, place in a plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat to 200 degrees Celsius / 400 degrees fahrenheit. Bake the chicken in the basket of the airfryer for 9 minutes, shaking once halfway through. Enjoy!
