Chicken pot pie with biscuits in the crock pot

-10 oz of boneless chicken breast

-1 cup of corn

-1 cup of peas

-1 cup of green beans

-1/2 cup of great value southern style hashbrowns

-1/2 cup of Campbells heart healthy cream of chicken soup

I mixed everything together in my crock pot and I cooked it on low for 1 hour! ⏰

Then I added Pillsbury homestyle buttermilk biscuits on the top and cooked the biscuits in the crock pot on low for 2 hours. This was my first time cooking biscuits in the crock pot and I do prefer my biscuits to be more crispy, so I decided to put the biscuits into the oven to cook for 5 more minutes!

My dinner tonight is 4WW points

-Boneless chicken, corn, peas, green beans, and great value homestyle hashbrowns are 0WW points

-1/4 cup of Campbells heart healthy cream of chicken soup 1WW point

-Pillsbury homestyle buttermilk biscuit 3WW points
