Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast (grilled or roasted), sliced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup croutons (optional, for crunch)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (optional, for extra zing)
Instructions:
- Prepare the chicken:
If not already cooked, grill or pan-cook the chicken breast with a pinch of salt and pepper until fully cooked. Let it cool a bit, then slice into strips. - Mix the filling:
In a bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken slices, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything gently until well coated. Add croutons if you want a crunch. - Assemble the wrap:
Lay the tortilla flat on a plate. Place the filling mixture in the center, spreading it out evenly but leaving space at the edges. - Wrap it up:
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from one end to the other. - Serve:
Cut the wrap in half if you like, and enjoy immediately! You can add a little lemon juice on top for freshness.
