Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (grilled or roasted), sliced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup croutons (optional, for crunch)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice (optional, for extra zing)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the chicken:
    If not already cooked, grill or pan-cook the chicken breast with a pinch of salt and pepper until fully cooked. Let it cool a bit, then slice into strips.
  2. Mix the filling:
    In a bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken slices, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything gently until well coated. Add croutons if you want a crunch.
  3. Assemble the wrap:
    Lay the tortilla flat on a plate. Place the filling mixture in the center, spreading it out evenly but leaving space at the edges.
  4. Wrap it up:
    Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from one end to the other.
  5. Serve:
    Cut the wrap in half if you like, and enjoy immediately! You can add a little lemon juice on top for freshness.
