Chicken And Biscuits Casserole

Ingredients:

For the Casserole:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, and chopped onion. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
