Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage

Ingredients:**

– 1 lb Monon Meats Smoked sausage, thinly sliced ๐Ÿ–

– 2 lbs potatoes, diced ๐Ÿฅ”

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ๐Ÿง€

– 1 packet ranch dressing mix ๐Ÿฅ—

– 1/2 cup milk ๐Ÿฅ›

– 1/4 cup melted butter ๐Ÿงˆ

– 1 onion, finely diced ๐Ÿง…

– 2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„

– Salt and pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚

– 1/2 cup chopped green onions for garnish ๐ŸŒฑ

**Directions:**

1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) ๐Ÿ”ฅ.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sliced sausage until cooked through. Set aside. ๐Ÿณ

3. In the same skillet, sautรฉ the diced onions and minced garlic until translucent. ๐Ÿณ

4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, cooked sausage, sautรฉed onions and garlic, shredded cheese, ranch dressing mix, milk, and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. ๐Ÿฅฃ

5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly. ๐Ÿฒ

6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes. Then, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is beautifully golden brown. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

7. Garnish with chopped green onions just before serving. Enjoy the hearty goodness!
