- ¼ cup water
Brown meat, drain if needed. Add seasoning + water and simmer 3–4 minutes.

- ¼ cup shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese
- ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)

This keeps the classic sweet-tangy Catalina flavor without sugar.
- ¼ cup sugar-free ketchup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Sweetener to taste (monk fruit or erythritol)
Whisk until smooth.
