Ingredients (6)

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup butter (melted) or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

How

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F and line a baking pan.
  2. Mix eggs, butter, vanilla, and sweetener.
  3. Stir in almond flour + cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour into pan and bake 20–25 min until set (center slightly soft).
  6. Cool before slicing.

Ingredients (7)

  • 1 cup almond flour (crust)
  • 2 tbsp butter (for crust)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • ¼ cup erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Optional topping: fresh berries or sugar-free chocolate drizzle

How

  1. Mix almond flour + butter → press into a small pan for crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese + yogurt + sweetener + vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, mix gently.
  4. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake 160°C / 325°F for 25–30 min until just set.
  6. Cool and refrigerate 2+ hours before serving.
