  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)

Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (or honey for a less processed option)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, shredded cheese, diced red onion, bacon, and sunflower seeds.
  2. Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Combine: Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture. Toss everything together until the salad is well coated.
